Joanna Madloch is a NJ-based photographer, writer, and scholar. She has a PhD in Humanities and studied photography at ICP and Penumbra Foundation. She is the author of over 30 scholarly articles and the book about Joseph Brodsky. Currently her research interest focuses on intersections between photography and literature. She is working on a book about the image of the photographer in world fiction.
